By using Schemer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. License

Team License

Schemer requires a paid Team License (£249) for all use. This license grants unlimited seats for your entire organisation, includes 1 year of updates from the purchase date, and priority email support. One license covers all team members within a single legal entity.

3. Permitted use

You may:

  • Use the software according to your license type
  • Generate and distribute documentation created by the software
  • Modify the generated output for your needs
  • Install the software on multiple machines (within license scope)

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software itself
  • Remove or modify any license or copyright notices
  • Share your license with other legal entities
  • Reverse engineer the software (except as permitted by law)

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.

7. Updates and changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
